Our privacy policy describes the information we collect and how we use it. Every effort has been made to check our information for accuracy. Information We Collect:
First and last name, name of your practice, street address, city, state, zip, telephone number, fax number, email address, years in practice and credit card information when you subscribe to this site. We maintain the data that you provide us, along with a record of your subscription, in a secure database.

Product
Current product offering is an annual subscription to the Therapeutic Guide, an data information service available to healing arts professionals only.  It includes over 200 therapeutic protocols, an ingredient search, EAV tools and tips, an extensive reference guide and condition-specific FAQs.

Using Information We Collect
We use this information to maintain a record of your subscription and your annual renewal date.  

Information We Share with Others
We do not share your information with any other company.

On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

How We Use E-mail
When you provide us your e-mail address, we may send you e-mails updating site information and opportunities.  Should you not wish to receive this information, please contact us at 770 531-9098.

Updating or Reviewing Your Information
To update your customer information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, user name and password), please  select “My Profile” on the home page or contact us at the address listed below. To protect your privacy, we will need to validate your identity before you update or review your information.

Access to Site
Access to this site is for healing arts professionals, only.  Your access is protected through self-selected user name and password.  User name and password may be changed, by you, at any time through “My Profile” on the home page.  Should you forget your user name or password, contact us at 770 531-9098.  Verification of identity will be required.

Subscription Renewal
You will receive email notification in advance of subscription anniversary which provides you with the opportunity to renew subscriptions.  In the event that you elect not to renew, user name and password will be de-activated on the anniversary of your subscription.  A 14-day grace period will be extended to reinstate subscription at the renewal fee.  Thereafter, full membership fee will be required.

Security
When you subscribe to our site your transactional information is transmitted in a safe, encrypted format. Secure site certificate through: Starfield Technologies Inc.

Privacy of Children on Our Website
Our website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Policy Changes
From time to time, we may use customer information for unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change, we will post these changes on our website. We encourage you to review our privacy policy periodically.
